Registration for SCBOA camps will open on 1 May each year.
Camp registrations will stay open until one week before the start date of the camp.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the camp to receive a refund.
Cancellation/Refund requests may incur a $5 processing fee.

Steps to Register for SCBOA Camps:

Step 1 - After clicking the button for "Registration for 2026 SCBOA Camps (CLICK HERE)" a new window will open where you will select your SCBOA camp. DO NOT PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE CAMP REGISTRATION AT ONE TIME.

Step 2 - Once you have selected your camp, please click the blue "Checkout" button.

Step 3 - Fill out your Contact Information. Please use the email address that is associated with your ArbiterSports account and use your full name (avoid the use of nicknames or initials). This will allow for your camp registration to be merged with your SCBOA rating score. Failure to use the same email or your full name may lead to your camp credit not being applied correctly. Additionally, you'll be asked to enter your SCBOA district number and number of years of experience. Please only enter a number. Example: "5" and "20"

Step 4 - Enter credit card information. PLEASE NOTE: The zip code prompt will not appear until the initial four digits of your credit card has been entered. Failure to include your zip code will cause an error message to appear and your purchase will not be complete.

Step 5 - Confirm that all information is correct, including the email address. A receipt will be sent to the email address included. It is recommended that you keep your receipt.
